    • Gunslinger to spike
    • Swing spike, earth, reverse earth
    • Base cup, kenflip to base cup, downspike
    • Lighthouse, lighthouse flip, falling in
    • Bird over Valley In
    • Stuntplane
these are a bit out of my reach and im going to have to grind to get consistent at:
    ~ reverse earth
    ~ kenflip to basecup
    ~ bird over valley

any tips you have on these three would be greatly appreciated!

All of them are practice and tracking the spike for the reverse earth. Kenflips to basecup is really fun and once you get a single, multiples become a lot easier. It's just a grinder really. Not too difficult. Bird over valley. I find the toughest part of the trick is to catch the pull up bird. Bc I only do swing up bird. But the transition is all in keeping the contact points level from bird to little. And using knees to catch softly. And the flip in is simple tracking. You can do it. Hope this helped.

From what I've found while practicing this ladder myself.

Reverse Earth Turn - flip it harder than you think you will need to. A tama with trip/quad split colors will make tracking easier than half splits or low splits/fades because you know that the top color is directly opposite the tama hole. Knees help a lot.
Bird Over Valley Flip In - the Over Valley part is regular so just do a small pop up over the spike, similar to switching between cups like in Around the World. Use your knees for sure. For the flip in to spike, do a slow rotation and lob it high so you can see when the hole flips into view.
Kenflip Basecup - since this is all in sara grip, I'd recommend just practicing the kenflip in sara grip before trying the actual trick. Get used to that motion and then start incorporating the tama into the trick. Again, definitely use your knees.

For bird over the valley: Light grip and lots of knees. It also helped me when I was first learning to place the tama in both stall positions before practicing the trick.

i agree i have to flip the reverse earth harder and with more wrist than my normal stiff earth turns.
basecup kenflip i find im doing better when i use lots of knees and lift it high and lofty so i have time to catch the ken and tama.

i really like the basecup kenflip but i tend to want to naturally do the outward one and the vid calls for a normal inward flip. >_< took some grinding but im starting to get it thanks for the tips

Same here with bird over valley. I'm practicing getting to little bird from different directions to get a better grasp of how to catch. I practice pull up, swing up, small cup and big cup to little bird in addition to over the valley. I think this has helped me better understand the landing and its "broken in" the cup rim.
