I really enjoyed both of these, but I'm a new player and I need to just face the facts. I can't play very well on natty's . So I've decided to try to part ways with these two really nice natty setups. Both Kendama's have super glued spikes and come with an additional string, bearing, and the original cloth bag they came with. Along with a few stickers I have laying around. Terra Prefect - Red Elm (8/10) ~ Ken = 78g ~ Tama = 77g $65 Shipped Craft Slim - Red Elm Ken w/ Natty Ash Tama (9.5/10) ~ Ken = 71g ~ Tama = 72g $50 Shipped
I feel you. And if red elm were hard Natties, other woods will be brutal. I'm breaking in my birch BH, and it definitely needs moisture/water for seshing, so yeah a nice paint will help a lot at first. You can come back to natties later
no worries OP, I feel you, don't worry though, you'll come back to Natties later on. also red elm is special: it does give more grip (and in a way that's good) but also often provides too strong a grip, which can make landing wobbly. I suggest you go back exploring natties when you feel like spending time breaking in a tama for a few weeks
As always prefect is balanced really well! Terra has pretty solid consistency in my experience. I'd be happy to send any videos or anything that you'd like if you want to pm me. If you're still interested, I'll do it for $50 as well.
Could you weigh the sarado and the sword individually? I'm definitely interested in it. Why are you selling it? Is it just not your style of dama or just looking for some $?
Sword is ~ 39g and the Sarado is ~ 39g as well actually. Like I said in my first post, I'm still learning kendama and natties are tough for me currently. I still really enjoyed both of these Dama's but they just weren't getting played very much. So I figured I'd hook someone else up with a cheap setup. Not even super worried about the money.
Unfortunately it is not, Sam and I just worked something out today and it has been shipped. Thanks for the interest though!
