As mentioned elsewhere. . . probably just me but it seems a bit like a mashup between a JKA TK16 (above the slipstop) and a Sanga (below the slipstop) with a base cup bump like the Vivewood v3. (Before you ask, yes @KeeganS I'm following you around the kendama boards. :D )

Everything looks bigger and meatier. I do enjoy the meatier feeling modern shapes, will probably try and get one. First dama purchase in.....7 years-ish? :)

Insta cop if it’s not more than $95, will definitely try my luck.

Looks like you’re good to go, right at $95. That Legaxis Aynedter is still there too, only $10 more.

For anyone that grabbed one, any reviews? How’s it feel in hand? Slinger friendly?

I can’t say how similar it plays to the GTBH since I havent played a BH. I mostly main the Sol Shape 1Up and the GTKA shapes (with the Boost, Sol Shape, and Shift right under). The GT-II feels nothing like those damas that I mainly play. It’s got the same/similar height to those kens (taller than the 1Up, about even with the KA). But the slimmer ken/spike in your hand kinda throws you off if you’re used to those same ken shapes as I am.
Can’t say anything to slingers as I’m trash at them but the lunars are good.
Overall, I really like it. It’s not bad, just different from what I’m used to. If you’ve played a BH it may feel similar (idk for sure but i do know the BH influenced the II a lot).

My 2cents: It might play well buuuut it looks out of proportion. Like really bad. Would have preferred a thicker handle - like the hickory (?) prototype damon Shows in his IGTV video

I would definitely prefer a thicker handle as well. Like i mentioned above, it feels very different than the kens I main and the thinner handle is definitely a large factor. But, it does seem to play really well. A better player than I would be able to make a more comprehensive review on it

It’s my current favorite kendama. Mine is incredibly honed for juggles. Personally I love everything about the shape, it’s like a combination of every good aspect from their previous shapes. I go into a little more depth here
