Guys.... I didn't have to film a kendama trick today! wooooo
Nope, now we get to. Lmao
That was awesome
Compiled my IG clips into a YouTube video check it out!
Follow me at tomo.dama for my Insta lol.
I also compiled mine and did an edit!
I'm liking this 28 tricks compilation edit thing.
Was that a thing last year? I compiled all of my 2018 tricks into an edit, but I only did so right before the 2019 grind started.
Still need to compile 2019 now!
I don't think many people did do it last year. I did one last year as well but I can't remember why I wanted to, I just did.
28 Tricks Later is in a couple weeks!
A lot of people have observed that this year is a leap year, so February has 29 days instead of 28.
Looks like according to both @CodyGriz and Matt Sweets himself they still want all the players to use the #28trickslater hashtag instead of 29trickslater (or use both maybe).
Hope everyone who participates has fun! I won't be going on a 28 Tricks Later run because of lack of time, but I can't wait to see all the bangers!
Still trying to decide whether I should join in the fun... hmmm might just have to do it for the third time!
You absolutely should! Your tricks are always some of my faves of the month.
Im gonna give 29 tricks later a go for the first time! My goal is to hit new bangers everyday
Thank you! I feel like this year will be tough, I've had less personal time to play lately, so it'll be more of a challenge to come up with interesting tricks each day. But I'm gonna put some thinking time to it!
I've thought about doing the lefty thing too, I think it'd be a good challenge, but honestly more of a personal triumph -- I doubt people want to watch me run through early-advanced lefty tricks lol. Like I'd be hyped to lace a lefty lunar barrel roll, but its not the most interesting thing to watch
Lefty is actually what I was thinking to do. I've been neglecting the left since I got my right hand back (more or less). And like you say it's more of a personal thing.
I think an interesting way you could do the challenge this year is to turn a kendama to use specifically for this challenge so you can show the progression of a 100% freshly made kendama to it being seshed for 29 days straight.
Unless you’ve done that already
Actually I was planning on that, I've used one of my pro models the last couple times, but am feeling like something fresh would be rad!
The prophecy comes true
Might not participate this year. Doing #28TricksLater last year gave me a major case of Kendama burnout.
Day 1 and a lot of people came in with the heat!
Here’s my day 1 trick, good luck to everyone today for day 2!
Lol I lied. I decided to join in on #28TricksLater but I reserve my right to back out if my schedule gets too heavy.
