Oh man, tough call. Since getting back to playing Kendama July 2017 (used to play in 2013) I was able to start on a small collection. It's a wierd time cuz there's so many different shapes out there it's hard to find a preference but so far...

My fav: Kaizen 2.0 maple + unbranded Raw Hickory from GT.

I'm a practicing purest, nattys or solid colors attract me.

Downside I found: slingers are difficult for some reason. Not sure if it's the oil from playing or the shape itself. On my other Ken's as I compared, I can sling doubles on my Ozoros and F3, but I'm having to really pay attention and get my teqnique down to successfully lace gunslingers

I made this thread so that everyone can talk about their favorite dramas and why they are their favorite! It can be any dama you bought or maybe one that you made from two different companies!
    I’ll start
My favorite dama ever is the matt sweets promod because it’s great for all tricks! It broke in very nicely and pretty fast too and it is my go to dama when ever I want to learn a new trick. It’s the perfect stickiness and have amazing balance

My favorite dama right now is the one a bought off @Austin Stevens. A bomb pop hg tama with a maple og hg ken. Never had an hg that I have played and it's really nice. Pretty slick paint, but it's hella fun to play. And I got it for a great deal. And they were separate set ups until about a week ago and they are only 3 grams apart.

I think my new favorite came in the mail today. The sweets v10 Purple Heart. I like heavy setups and it’s an 84.5g ken with a tama only 3 grams lighter so it feels super nice to me. I can’t wait to see how the cusion clear wears in and how the Purple Heart changes over time.

image.jpg Whether it is rarity, looks, or slayability, upload a pic of your most fire setup. Does not have to be a combo of two damas, just your favorite shredder currently. Mine is a sweets x active Cush tama and a gt 1 ken. Post it up!

Someone got here before me. ;) Thanks for the heads-up though. I appreciate you guys keeping an extra set of eyes on things.

EDIT: Found an even older thread on the same topic so I did in fact have to run a little merge magic. :p

So I just got my kaizen 2.0 bamboo a few days ago and I've been loving it so far lunar balance is not bad and the quality is insane. Though the slingers aren't that great. I just wanted to ask what's your favourite kendama for everyday use?
