I have a question, is sorado with hybrid durable? the price for this kendame is not too high, however, I would like to use it a little. I will be grateful for every answer
Spectra is very durable but still not as durable as hardwood (with the exception of Terra Olive Skateboard ply). GT spectra is very high quality, and being that it’s only on the Sarado it won’t wear out as fast as a spectra base cup would from tricks like taps and instas. Hybrids are highly recommended.
Most don't have issues with Spectraply but it depends mainly on your play style and over what surfaces you play. This equation applies: Spec + Concrete = Sad² Said another way, in a match up between Spec and hard surfaces, Concrete 1 : Spec 0 Just treat it as you would any high-end kendama and you should be fine.
