the tamas on sweets pro mods are beech.

also, @Dariush, I recommend the v6, because I have certainly heard great things about cush on spectra.

All of those are beech tamas but the Cush plays great with specs. If I read it correctly you have a Cush and sticky norx. If so I would go with the Cush norx but the matt sweets purple would look cool with the fuschia. Honestly though if it were mine I would be looking at weights just as much if it's for serious play. Don't want a heavy tama slamming on a spec.

I try to have my tamas be maybe a couple g's heavier than my Ken. Which is all personal preference, plus you need a scale aswell and not a "must do". I would say go with whatever makes you happy!

While I do like to match tamas and kens based off of color, I do have to agree with @poncho151 because weights pretty much decide how the kendama will play. Most people prefer the tama to be heavier by a few grams, but if it's dead on, it's perfect. Ken-heavy setups play a bit oddly, and the same goes for tama-heavy setups, but they only apply when the weight difference goes above 5 grams.
