They are both tributes. They have the riveted sarado.

@Andy Dama what colour tama came on the old one?

There isn't really an 'OG' trib per say, but the first 'tributized' damas were the Premiere line from KenUSA. The ken pictured is prob 1-2 gens after those

Like Alex said, the ken on the left is an just an older style tribute with the skinnier style handle. The one on the right is the kaizen shape.

I think there are 1-3 generations of the Tribute ken. V1 had the rubber to hold the sarado and sword in place(Colin Sander Edit 8 has a pic of the original 3 pro mods with the ribber insert), and from then on, a metal rivet was utilized in keeping the cups on the sword. The ken on the left is probably a Gen 2 while the ken on the right is the most current iteration of the Tribute ken shape.

I'm not sure, my friend gave it to me and he paired it with a bamboo tama, I asked him but he doesn't remember

@Andy Dama @James Hoang the really old KUSA's with the rubber insert on the rivet hole were not 'tribute' models. The Tribute brand launched after that batch, it was called the 'premiere line' instead. It had the metal rivet that tribute became known for, but otherwise was a totally different shape / model.
