I no matter where I'm going I take my backpack, my current jammer and a yoyo. If you're thinking about getting one I would definitely recommend a YoyoFactory Replay they're like 18$ and they're a super rad beginner yoyo.

But before kendama or even knowing what skill toys really were I played with devil sticks since I was about 12.

Of course scooterboards and stuntwoods count! Tricks are for kids right?

My first hobby was pen spinning back in 8th grade. This video is almost 5 years old but this is when I was really active. Similar to Begleri but flow and style are different :)

I am really considering trying out begleri. Aroundsquare makes it look super fun! Those Hydras though...

The best skill games are the simplest ones. So much room for creativity!

Hell yeah man. Try it! I really love my wukongs from aroundsquare. I'd also suggest checking out TGP Begleri Etsy Shop. I got my first set from him and he has a variety of begleris made from paracord, wood, aluminum, etc :D

Kendama will always be number one for me but I've recently started playing begleri as well and then I have a pill which I mess around with every once in a while (but probably not as much as I should because I love it). I love begleri because its so portable. It can literally be put in your pocket and taken anywhere), and its fun to simply just mess around with. I don't bring kendamas to school but I bring my begleri and its something nice to keep my fingers busy when I need or for when I get bored. For anyone who reads this, would highly recommending picking up a Terra pill or begleri! Heard amazing things about the aroundsquare begleri (never had one), but I have a Monkeyfist begleri which is amazing as well (and silent which is a plus because like I said I bring mine to school).
