Oversized Tama

What tamas are compatible with the slawdawg ken per size? I slapped a regular sized tama on one of my slawdawg kens and it just doesnt work as well for some tricks, as if the slight size difference really make a difference.

 

For a Slaydawg-sized ken?
In my experiences and from what I've seen, Sol Flows, new Sol Shapes, KUSA Craft Plus, GT-KA. Some may not be the exact diameter of the Slaydawg tama size but they fit the best from what I've seen.

 

Nailed it! Slaydawg is my size of choice and the Sol Flow (eg. DeSoto mod), GT-KA, and Craft are my favs.

 

De Soto mod is Sol Shape, not Flow

 

You’re right, my bad. The Sol Shape is what I prefer (DeSoto mod).
