@Joseph Miele , awesome communication with fast replies! Dama came just as described, couldn’t ask for more Thanks again man!
Seller- @xplodit I should preface this with the fact that I had zero concerns going into this because I have a friend who'd bought of him prior to this with no issues. I've also seen him sell quite a few other damas on DS and has good feedback. That said, 10/10 seller all around! Bought a beech llb off him and his condition assessment was spot on. Simple PayPal transaction with no confusion, kept in contact with updates, shipped it when he said he would and used proper shipping materials (box, packing paper, taped effectively). Would have zero concerns or hesitation buying from him again!
@ttocsic is super legit, faster than the big kendama brands. Almost too fast, he actually PM’d me before I was able to PM him. Surprised me with a few stickers and a (pink!) string, including a prime custom sheet which I did not even have, but wanted bad. 10/10 fastest seller I have done business with on this site, perhaps anywhere.
@xplodit=10/10 seller Bought a GT-BH Legaxis off of him and was not disappointed. Any question I had of the dama was answered before purchase. After a quick an easy transaction through PayPal, he immediately went to the post office and sent the pacakge. It came in super fast, in a matter of only 2 days. The kendama was wrapped really well and looks/plays like mint. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a dama as described!
@xplodit was an excellent seller to work with. Polite, fair prices, extremely fast shipping with tracking and insurance. Damas were even better than the description. I purchased a gloken legaxis and an ozora reshape, and I couldn't be happier! 100% positive feedback, well done!
@Con man, I've been here for 9-10 months, never had an issue till today, have bought and traded two dozens setups in here. This is the first time I have something negative to say about a member. Seller promised to check shipping costs after agreeing to sell, then went ahead and sold to someone else without offering a chance to discuss "a better price". no warning, no communication, just dumped me and our prior agreement to make a quick extra buck. Not cool, won't consider doing business with again.
Nice try. You didn't tell me anything, just dropped by to announced that deal was off without offering any communication or chance to discuss price changes. I also love how " a close friend offered you 200 bucks " when you were willing to sell it to me for 125. I don't know about you, but if a "close friend" asked me to sell something I had already promised to someone else, if I did blow the original deal, I'd sell for the same price, but that's just me.
you'll have to reread yourself and show me where exactly I was given a chance. this is what you wrote (and that you're now calling giving me a chance): "I haven't received payment and have someone offering more sorry" Now I'm not a native English speaker, but that sounds final to me. Giving me a chance would have been: "someone else is offering much more, would you like to counter offer?" you dropped me your paypal address before knowing how much was needed for shipping. I was waiting for that info to pay. You also didn't request to be paid right away, you just called it off on your end. If you needed the cash so bad, or felt like you needed to be paid before checking shipping fees, you could've said so anytime. you didn't make any promises? And yet you're the one who responded to my ISO post and stated your price, to which I agreed right away. The only thing on standby was your checking how much I needed to add for shipping on top of the set price. When you go see a car dealer and shake hands on it, and walk in two days later to hear the guy say "oh yeah, someone else wanted it", that's not "letting you know", it's just bad business manners. I'm not saying words are binding in blood, but if "I will take it at the price you ask for" and "okay let met check shipping fees for you" isn't a sale agreement, me and the 50+ kendama sellers I've done business will be really confused. and yeah, no thanks.
shipping wouldve been anywhere between 30 and 50 bucks tracked. You obviously haven't checked. You never offered to handle shipping cost either . I think you just chose the easy way, and in the end didn't even sell higher. Who's wasting whose time here? I've done my fair share of business too, and never heard of anyone who requires insta-pay, doesn't confirm or communicate before changing his mind, and is okay to handle international shipping without even knowing how much it's gonna cost. your "if you wanted the damn thing you'd have sent me the money", when I was waiting on you to give me a total price makes me shake my head. and in the end it didn't even get sold at all because you're impatient and tried to wing it. I agree you're not keyboard warrior, neither am I. I just happen to care a great deal about the quality of these transaction that keep dama trading safe and clean, and you don't.
@Con man Also very classy deleting your comments after challenging my feedback for 2 hours. Proves my point, you're unreliable as a seller.
Oh really maybe it was because it's pointless arguing with someone who is mad because of a misunderstanding and missed out on a good deal have a nice day I have had no problems till you and plan to keep it that way you sir have a nice day.
I'm not mad dude, I've just watched you pull additional info out of the air during this conversation, that's mostly based on your lack of actually expressing yourself in the original ISO thread, and deleting your comments after responding to each of mine just leaves half a story. pointless indeed. You forgot you're the one who responded to my ISO thread and wasted my time with your impatience and weird business expectations. if it was such a good deal at 125, I wonder why your "close friend who offered 200" somehow hasn't bought it at all and you come back offering it to me at 140 shipped. but whatever.
Back at you, dude. Nobody asked you to reply to my original feedback, to later delete it all because it was proving my point. I was good 3 hours ago when I posted my first post.
exactly, you have a good product with a good price, and you didn't sell me anything, because you've been a bad seller. Exactly my point. and after deleting most of your comments, and telling me to get over it, you're the one posting twice in a row. I'm done, dude.
@beglerijapan and @Con man sounds like a misunderstanding and I'd ask @beglerijapan to tone down the vitriol (i understand you feel hard done by) and @Con man to try for better communication next time. This type of miscommunication is rare but it happens sometimes. Let's all move on with it. In the future, miscommunications can be prevented by doing all bidding in the actual post. By bidding in the post, everyone is up to date on information, and nothing happens behind the closed doors of a DM. please save DM's for sensitive info such as shipping arrangements.
@Brucey for the quick postage time~!!! And good business ethic. As well as properly displaying him destroying the mods I traded him 100 %
@Con man for the fast and timely shipping. Great deal done on both of ours sides and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again.
