    Hey guys,
I haven't seen a thread on this, so I made it. Anyways, I want to ask what's your your guys' dama warm up routine (if you have one)?

For me, I do (in order): Around Europe, one earth turn, one whirlwind, 3 LH flips in a row, 3 Lunar flips, one single juggle, and one double juggle.

During warm up is the only time I work on landing around turnbridge. So I just progressively get farther as I get better, and my warmup gets longer as I yearn to actually land it.

I usually do some space walks and then space walk to Hand roll to in and then Hand roll lunar, hand roll lighthouse, and then HR to one turn airplane. That usually gets me pretty warmed up.

Around USA, lunar, rover 180 to spike, inward lunar flip, and your standard spacewalk, hand roll to spike combo.

Whatever comes naturally, I don't really have any set thing. Maybe some swap spikes, or around Canada? Lighthouse stuff...

I do not have a warm up routine at all. I just grab the ken and start doing whatever. I do however feel I should start to develop one just for consitency sake. Maybe start off with Dan lvl 1 and then go into some freestyle stuff.

Also a good warm up I've done in the past is Speed Trick B! A goal of mine was to get it under a minute (my PB was 45 sec) Definitely one of my faves. And then also intermediate ladders from past competitions like MKO or NKR etc

Might sound a bit lame but I've been trying to get my Moshikame counts up both right and left handed. It's not really a warm up for a session but one of the first things I do in the morning. I started doing it more when I noticed that my right arm still got a bit sore from extended play. (guess I'm not 100% after the surgery last year)

Yo, that’s not lame at all!
I’m trying to improve on my two-handed moshi play to incorporate into my performances (should i ever be called to one).

I'm pretty sure they call it the Jun Shodan (level between Kyu and Dan) and Shodan (1st Dan) levels.
